30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on membership subscriptions and on customisation and hosting orders purchased directly from Wowza Hosting. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net using the email address you purchased with, or open a support ticket from your MegaDesk dashboard and Wowza Hosting will help you.

Marketplace orders and escrow

Payments for freelancer services are held in escrow until the work is delivered and you approve it, or until the review window ends and the funds auto-release.

• Before delivery — you can cancel and be refunded in full.
• After delivery, during the review window — if the work does not match the brief, report an issue from the Deliveries page. This pauses the release while we look into it.
• After approval or auto-release — funds have been paid to the freelancer, so refunds are at the discretion of Wowza Hosting and are handled case by case.

Memberships and cancellation

You can cancel a membership at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your membership benefits continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Add-ons

Checkout add-ons (video sessions, priority handling, highlighted listings, premium placement, priority payout) are refundable within the 30-day window provided the benefit has not already been delivered or consumed.

Cancellation fee on refunded payments

When a payment is refunded or reversed after it has unlocked benefits on MegaDesk, a 30% cancellation fee of the refunded amount is charged to the buyer's MegaDesk wallet. Everything the payment unlocked is reversed at the same time — membership benefits end immediately, and any wallet credit, bid credits, listing promotions or freelancer earnings from the payment are removed. The fee can take a wallet balance below zero; it must be cleared before new purchases.
