Rebuild our customer portal front-end in React

Our current portal is a jQuery app from 2016 and every change breaks something else. We want a clean React rebuild against the same REST API — login, billing history, support tickets and a settings area. Designs exist in Figma. We need someone who can work independently and communicate weekly.
